An inexperienced lawyer will not be likely to get you the best results.

An itemized cost report lets you stay involved in and informed about your case at all times so you can see how much progress is being made and how much you're spending.

5. Do you have a good knowledge of my state's lemon laws? Every state has its own set of lemon laws that are specific to it and that change the dynamic of lemon law cases. Make sure that your lawyer knows your state's lemon laws well, as this will enable him to better represent you.
